Handling of Complaints
Clients who wish to submit a comment or complaint to Fossar can direct their complaint to the employee in question or to the compliance officer at email@example.com.
If the client does not consider Fossar’s response satisfactory, they can direct their complaint to the following entities:
1. The Complaints Committee on Transactions with Financial Undertakings

2. Information and guidance services of the Financial Supervisory Authority at the Central Bank of Iceland

3. The Icelandic Consumer Agency

4. Legal Courts
