Opportunities in Iceland presented to foreign investors
Fossar Investment Bank hosted its annual Iceland Capital Markets Day at Claridge’s in London last week, where foreign investors were invited to learn more about the business environment in Iceland and investment opportunities. Bjarni Benediktsson, former Prime Minister of Iceland and current CEO of Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise, shed light on the macroeconomic outlook and key themes shaping Iceland’s business environment.
Corporates from a variety of sectors also introduced themselves and their unique investment cases: Sigridur Margret Oddsdottir, CEO of Blue Lagoon, Jon Sigurdsson, CEO of Stodir and Haraldur Thordarson, CEO of Skagi.
