Fossa appointed bookrunner in connection with Styrkás’s IPO on Nasdaq Iceland

Arrangements have been finalized for the appointment of Fossa Investment Bank, together with Acro Securities and Kvika Bank, as bookrunners in connection with the
planned listing of shares in Styrkás on the Main Market of Nasdaq Iceland.

Arrangements have been finalized for the appointment of Fossa Investment Bank, together with Acro Securities and Kvika Bank, as bookrunners in connection with the
planned listing of shares in Styrkás on the Main Market of Nasdaq Iceland. Landsbankinn has been appointed as coordinator. The company aims to complete the listing in the second quarter of 2027.

The role of the bookrunners is to provide advice on the marketing and structure of the offering, as well as to assist with the sale of shares in connection with the company’s stock exchange listing, in cooperation with the coordinator.
