Fossar Markets managed Reitir’s bond auction

Reitir real estate company (Bloomberg: REITIR IR) conducted a closed auction of bonds in the series REITIR150527 and REITIR150523 on March 25^th.

The bond issues attracted bids amounting to 5,770m ISK nominal.

Reitir accepted bids in the series REITIR150527 totaling 1,210m ISK nominal at a yield of 1.38% and 600m ISK nominal in the series REITIR150523 at a yield of 2.68%.
