Fossar Markets managed Reitir’s bond auction

Reitir real estate company (Bloomberg: REITIR IR) conducted a closed auction of bonds in the series REITIR150537 on December 8^th.

The bond issue attracted bids amounting to 6,460m ISK nominal. Reitir accepted bids totaling 4,690m ISK nominal at a yield of 1.85%.
