Fossar manages a successful bond auction for Reitir

Fossar Markets managed Reitir’s bonds auction on February 26th, 2019.

Total demand in the auction amounted to 5,142m ISK nominal.

Reitir decided to accept offers amounting to 950m ISK nominal, with yield at 3.45% in the series REITIR151244 and offers amounting to 1,100m ISK nominal, with yield at 2.60% in the series REITIR151124. No offers were received in the series REITIR 22.

Total outstanding nominal amounts post auction:
REITIR151244: 38,355,200,000 ISK
REITIR151124: 9,450,000,000 ISK
REITIR 22: 1,155,000,000 ISK
