Matei Manolescu

Matei Manolescu is a member of the Capital Markets team.
Prior to joining Fossar Investment Bank in 2017, Matei was a part of the Capital Markets team at Islandsbanki, with a focus on fixed income. From 2013 to 2016 he was a fund manager at Landsbref, at first managing fixed income funds and later on multi-asset investment funds and hedge funds. Matei worked at Almenni pension fund from 2008 to 2012 as an Assistant Fund Manager.
Matei holds a B.Sc. degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Reykjavik and M.Sc. degree in Finance from Imperial College London. Matei is a certified securities broker.
