Fossar Markets managed Reitir’s bond auction

Reitir real estate company (Bloomberg: REITIR IR) conducted a closed auction of bonds in the series REITIR150527 on September 9^th.

The bond issue attracted bids amounting to 4,080m ISK nominal.

Reitir accepted bids totaling 2,880m ISK nominal at a yield of 1.20%.

Fossar markets managed the process on behalf of Reitir.
