Fossar Markets managed Reitir’s bond auction

Reitir real estate company (Bloomberg: REITIR IR) conducted a closed auction of bonds in the series REITIR150527 and REITIR150523 on May 20^th.

The bond issues attracted bids amounting to 3,890m ISK nominal.

Reitir accepted bids in the series REITIR150527 totaling 3,070m ISK nominal at a yield of 1.25% and 220m ISK nominal in the series REITIR150523 at a yield of 3.05%.
