Fossar Markets establishes a corporate finance advisory

Fossar Markets has received a license from the Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority to operate a corporate finance advisory.

Andri Gudmundsson will act as managing director and head of corporate finance. He is currently the head of Fossar’s operations is Sweden.

The establishment of the corporate finance advisory is a response to requests from clients and will allow Fossar to offer comprehensive financing services. Ranging from equity and bond offerings to debt advisory, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions.
